Due to the electronic nature of the media, we can not issue refunds or returns. We will gladly replace items damaged due to shipping. Damaged items must be returned within 10 days of original purchase. We do not offer upgrade discounts or warranty on any DVD tutorials. Sorry, we can not replace broken or damaged DVDs unless from original shipment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipping fees include handling costs. We use USPS (U.S. Postal Service) Priority Mail for shipping within the states.

Our shipping and handling cost is a flat fee of $10.00 for all U.S. orders (See International Shipping fees below). Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days (within the U.S.).

A USPS Track and Confirm number will be issued with each order. USPS Track and Confirm numbers only track a delivery attempt to your home or business. They do not track 'live' delivery status of your package.

Your order will be shipped in a timely matter. If your order is received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be mailed on Monday. If your order is received on a holiday, it will be shipped on the following business day when possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Before ordering, please carefully read our policy regarding International Shipping. International customers are always welcome. Please note that for International Orders, an additional $10.00 is required for shipping and handling fees. You will be sent an invoice via PayPal for the additional shipping and handling fees. International orders will not be sent until the additional fees are received.

We ship all international orders using United States Postal Service, Priority International Flat-Rate. We have found this service to be a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise to over 190 countries. Under normal conditions, your package will take 6 - 15 business days to arrive. However, some packages may take longer depending on locality. We are not responsible for items lost in domestic or international shipping.

NOTE: Shipping charges do not include any Brokerage Fees, Customs Fees or Taxes that you may be charged. Contact your local customs office for more information. If any additional shipping fees are necessary, you will be notified prior to shipping.

MEDIA KEYS

Due to the increase in piracy, we cannot be responsible for lost media keys or categories. If you can't locate your media key and category with your original purchase, please email us.

The DVD tutorials have been authored in Apple QuickTime. Each DVD has a personalized media access key that prevents unathorized copying. The media key must be installed to watch the DVD tutorials.
