BY PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEB SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
All shipping fees include handling costs. We use USPS (U.S. Postal Service) Priority Mail for shipping within the states.
Our shipping and handling cost is a flat fee of $12.00 for all U.S. orders (See International Shipping fees below). Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days (within the U.S.).
A USPS Track and Confirm number will be issued with each order.
Your order will be shipped in a timely matter. If your order is received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be mailed on Monday. If your order is received on a holiday, it will be shipped on the following business day when possible.
International customers are always welcome. Please note that for International Orders, an additional $20.00 is required for shipping and handling fees. You will be sent an invoice via PayPal for the additional shipping and handling fees. International orders will not be sent until the additional fees are received.
NOTE: Shipping charges do not include any Brokerage Fees, Customs Fees or Taxes that you may be charged. Contact your local customs office for more information.
We are not responsible for items lost in domestic or international shipping.
Due to the increase in piracy, we cannot be responsible for lost media keys or categories. If you can't locate your media key and category with your original purchase, please email us.
Please note that the educational products offered here are subject to your acceptance of the End User License Agreement. Please read the terms of this Agreement carefully before purchasing any of the Licensed Products of Brad Buttry. The terms of this Agreement include the stipulation that the Licensed Product, including any extra custom brushes and art materials, is for a single user only and not for reproduction, rent, distribution or lease.
